Absolutely Amazing!!! Hotel GM here and had a major HVAC issue on a Friday that would have affected a party of 220 people. I called and Daniel answered the phone. He said he knew the property and would get in his vehicle and drive over. He was here in 10 minutes and had everything I needed setup before close of business. The party was an absolute success and we have Daniel, his team, and United Rental to thank. Thank you Daniel, you saved our asses...
Michael was fantastic. Knowledgeable and professional. He was also very kind in teaching us "laymen" what to do to maintain the unit. Excellent service.
