Absolutely Amazing!!! Hotel GM here and had a major HVAC issue on a Friday that would have affected a party of 220 people. I called and Daniel answered the phone. He said he knew the property and would get in his vehicle and drive over. He was here in 10 minutes and had everything I needed setup before close of business.
