I rented the last portable HVAC unit in the city during a heat wave. The UR team was great and was able to get me setup with equipment right away in time for an event.
The fire department in town called me about flooding at our old house in NH (an ice waterfall had formed on the side of the building) . An old cpvc connection under a bathroom sink somehow gave way, and I’m in the middle of a crazy work schedule 4 hours away. I couldn’t even make phone calls until well after hours, let alone deal properly with it in person.
