Horrible experience with dispatch. Set a delivery time they decided to deliver 4 hours prior during work day. Was promised a pallet and manual wench didn’t come with one as agreed. No attempt to make it right but to straight cancel? Stephanies excuse was it’s not my issue the promise from dispatch means nothing. Jose was the only saving grace dude was professional, friendly and helped salvage the mess of a situation dispatch caused.
