Terrific staff at this location. I just needed to rent a pallet jack and encountered wonderful customer service. I spoke with Eric on the phone and he took the time to explain what I needed to do since I had never rented from them before. When I arrived at their facility I met Heather Hartman at the counter. She was friendly and very knowledgeable and I appreciate her pleasant attitude.
