Didn't show up after I confirmed multiple times prior to making a 4 hour trip. After cancelling, they still charged my card. Left me scrambling to find a replacement. I certainly recommend herc or true value over united.
Easy online interactions, status updates for delivery of the unit, and prompt follow up phone calls! Highly recommended and some of the best prices around!
Pleasant staff, accommodating and reliable.
Thank you Debby, Kellie, and John!
