ordering through the web portal makes this such an easier experience it has our corporate discounted rates already and can get true cost for quoting, etc. The only issue is the details you put into the online order for drop off details, etc. never seem to make it to the local branch to provide to the driver. I had to give this over the phone to our branch account manager. Should be a simple fix but not happening as of April 2025. So only giving 4 stars for this additional step required...
They had an electric excavator I could not find elsewhere along with fair pricing, prompt delivery and pick up.
Usually very good to work with. This time we did not get the lift I requested.
Prompt delivery and well serviced unit delivered.
