Zero stars if possible. Called a month ago to reserve vehicles for a large family event, were told they were available and gave our credit card info to hold the reservation. Got a call before 7:30am this morning (3 days before rental) to say they are unavailable and on long term rental. No explanation, no offer of help, and now we are 3 days from the event without much to do. Horrible customer service, horrible follow through. We will never use them again.
Awesome had a welder when needed one due to a horrible week they had what was needed to save the day
