Great customer service for the most part. Make sure you inspect your equipment and make sure everything works. I rented some equipment over the weekend and the machine ran great but the components that went with the machine were incorrect. I ran around for a half day trying to locate correct parts. Tyler is exceptional at customer service as well as a few other people that went above and beyond for a small company like me. We will definitely be back Thanks!
