THE RENTAL 255220086 WAS CANCELLED AT 7.30AM AT THE NAPLES OFFICE BECAUSE THE EQUIPMENT I REQUESTED AND BOOKED DAYS AHEAD OF TIME, A VERMEER STUMP GRINDER, WAS NOT AVAILABLE AT PICKUP, EVEN THO I HAD SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED IT. THE NAPLES OFFICE ONLY HAD THE TORO WHICH IS A PIECE OF CRAP AND SAID THEY WERE 'TOO HAPPY TO CANCEL'. COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME. 35 YEARS IN NAPLES AND WILL NEVER RENT FROM THEM
