Rented a skid steer in February to clear one parking lot. This ended up being the most expensive mistake I've ever made. To begin with, I wasn't told I needed my own chains and boomers so that set me back an extra hour and $300 right off the bat (why would I assume I need these as I will never use them for anything else). Second off, they gave me a janky trailer that was deemed by the yard attendant as "the worst trailer they have". The staff here is absolutely amazing!!! Keep being awesome!
Was told my order was placed on hold showed up now it's at a diffrent location. Went there nope its at the first location I was at. Oh nope nvm they don't even have it. What a joke. I call to confirm something and it's then confirmed why is it not there when I go to pick it up. Go back into the office try and figure it out oh of course no one's there.
