I came to rent a piece of equipment and saw this at the exon location the manager was in her office i guess playing on her phone instead of asking me do I need help so i left out and rented something from equipment share united have to get better employees
Left one of their machines abandoned here (been here for almost 2 weeks just sitting) at the Baylor pharmacy since it stopped working. To make matters worse; they blocked the handicap parking spot and the ramp zone so none of our patients could safely get out of their cars. Spoke to one of the workers today and he assured it would be moved today; not only are they entitled but also liars.

Don't contact this location needing to ask for parts for your equipment. They never answer and will always send to voicemail. Can y'all hire people that will do their job.
