Sarah has the worst customer service. With patience and trying to think maybe Sarah is busy but no after two phone calls and her inconsistent answers to being able to rent or not rent. First call okay let me check it out and give you a call back we get around to getting our materials rebar etc that should be more than enough time! not to mention it’s a 15x80 of rebar material… calls back again and I get oh yeah let me go out there and check I have not be able to go out side I’ll call you right back.
