Ulysses is a sales and service guy there and is super friendly and professional and i go out of my way to use that United Rentals just so I can deal with those guys
Staff and location were very helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the corporate website and customer service number was not great. 3 calls and 2 reservations with different agents didn't amount to much (as the system had no record of me when i arrived)
We rented an air compressor and Ulises helped us get the right equipment. We had a small issue with equipment but he made sure to make it right

If I had one word to describe the level of service and my experience with this United rentals Branch, it would be the word, despicable. Sales associate at United rentals decided to fire me as a customer for a mistake that they made. I was expecting delivery of large equipment to my job site Friday afternoon and because of the mistake the associate made, the driver could not get a hold of me.
