I want to personally thank Chris Anderson and Marco Solorio for helping me so much. I rented a truck at the Riverside location and I was picking it up right before they closed but for some reason it wasn’t there it was at San Bernardino location. I went to their location and got the truck but I forgot to see if the tailgate lights for my trailer were working. I checked and they weren’t. Rented a lift for the Nov,17. I asked for lift to get delivered 7am because that’s time job site opened , driver calls me Nov 17 at 5:30 am saying delivery was there , then we get to job site 7 am lift is there but no controller in site united rentals didn’t bring one until 9 am I asked for a discount was never given one on top of that I called it in Nov 18 to stop the rental , don’t hear from them driver calls me Nov 22 that there trying to pick up no one’s on site they didn’t give a heads up they where coming .
