Shows available inventory on website at specific branch but then told none available after placing order.
Reserved an item weeks ahead of time and come to find out I get a call the day before Thanksgiving that the rental won't be honored on Monday. Give me no time to find another. I would avoid this place like the plague! Asked for a manager, oh he's out, there's no one you can talk to.
On time delivery and pick up. Product worked as intended.
Very good service and customer service. Very surprised the availability of the equipment. It's unfortunate that costs/rental costs have increased over 30%-40% over the last year or son.
