We rented a scissor lift from this location and Andrew was beyond helpful. My husband and father in law picked up the scissor lift without incident even receiving help from united rental with loading. The entire process from pick up to drop off was seamless with fair pricing. The scissor lift came through our door with ease and although we were concerned with damage to our wood floors, we did not experience any issue (the machine has rubber wheels). We will definitely use united rental in the future.
Very unprofessional, doesn’t return call, ignore customers and never able to resolve an issue. Refused to refund for non profit charity organization because of error they made and manager keep stating it’s above her pay scale to make a decision on $29.46. Shameful
Andrew has such Excellent customer service, they didn't have the equipment we needed at this location but he went above and beyond to get it figured out for us and get us the equipment we needed! he was extremely helpful, would absolutely reccomend and use again!
