I had a great experience taking the practical examination for certification in Zoom Boom/Scissor Lift operation. Dan is a great teacher and very patient with newcomers. It's apparent that safety is of upmost importance to him and, through extension, United Rentals. 10/10 would recommend to anybody looking to get any of the various certifications United Rentals can provide.
It has cost us over $5000.00 in lost labor hours due to lack of service commitment in delivering what we need and on time. To be continued. Not over yet.
Good service, good equipment
Reliable products and friendly people. Dan at the front desk was great to deal with and the back loading dock guy (bay 5/6) has a great personality for the job and needs to be recognized for that.
Dan at the London location was phenomenal at recommending the appropriate sized generator and heater I would need for my outdoor backyard wedding.
