I would like to leave a review for Gemma and Dan L at United Rentals, and I believe they should be recognized and appreciated. From the second we walked in, they greeted us with the outermost respect. They were honest and helpful. They were honest, knowledgeable, respectful, and caring. This machine was great. The battery lasted long. Felt extremely comfortable working at a platform height of 32-33 feet.
They have a new location. For about 4 years. Obviously I don't rent tools very often anymore. 100' electric eel. In stock. Good price.

I got certified for scissor and articulated boom lifts. The online course was comprehensive a d useful. The practical exam was very thorough and Dan, the examiner, did a great job explaining all details and providing useful information.
