Reliable products and friendly people. Dan at the front desk was great to deal with and the back loading dock guy (bay 5/6) has a great personality for the job and needs to be recognized for that.
Dan at the London location was phenomenal at recommending the appropriate sized generator and heater I would need for my outdoor backyard wedding.

I would like to leave a review for Gemma and Dan L at United Rentals, and I believe they should be recognized and appreciated. From the second we walked in, they greeted us with the outermost respect. They were honest and helpful. They were honest, knowledgeable, respectful, and caring.
