Steven with United Rentals was super helpful getting us the right equipment to get the job done. We've rented from several United Rentals in the past but customer service like this keeps us returning to this one.
Junk equipment sent me out with no trailer Lights Then brakes locked up. Cost me a tire and lots of stress. And time. Very rude unprofessional after a long day , told me they will get back to me later. .never helpped me out in anyway for there lack of Maintenance.Never again will I rent from riverside united rental !
