Very friendly and helpful.
Just to received a phone call that two days before the event that I had a side by side rented for they were unable to provide one even though confirmation was made a week prior to the event and the reservation was made several months prior to the event.
Had a great experience at this location. Worked with Brian. He was very personable, as were a couple of others that we encountered. Will do business with them again in the future.
They charged my card for 2 months on a one day rental. When I expressed concern there was zero help from them. 7 hours later everything is squared away and three rentals I had on the books are not there. They lied to corporate about ever even quoting the rentals. I had the receipts and called them on it, the manager just started screaming. I asked to talk to someone else and she wouldn't let me. Zero respect or accountability and zero chance I will use United rentals Winchester
