Not impressed.. I rented a jackhammer for two weeks and the balance sub total was 255 and after their rental protection of $40 that they charged me it put the cost at $325.76. No mention was made to me of rental protection, which is just another way for them to scam more money off of you. Instead of incorporating the rental protection into the rental they surprise you with it when you return the unit. Shady business practice and you won’t see my business again

Order to skid steer with a concrete breaker attachment to remove a driveway on a project we had going out. The hydraulic hoses that attach to the skid steer for the breaker were old and damaged causing them to explode and leak hydraulic fluid all over the customer's lawn. This caused this downtime while waiting to have one of their subcontractors come repair it.
