They were an hour late outside of the window they already gave me. When i called they weren’t able to help much. I probably wouldn’t rent from them again
Pretty easy to get lift rented & scheduled over phone and checking Rez online. Jason took care of everything and communication was great from office to driver contacting me for drop off & pick up. FYI - If you are paying with CC, you will need to go to location and physically present ID & CC.
