I set an appointment for 12 pm pickup on Thursday, August 4th. I arrived at 1150, no one was there. I called united, I was sent the number for Tony. I called, left a message, waited 5 minutes, sent a text. 12:15 I was still waiting. I finally left at 12:30, nobody arrived at united, nobody called back. I ended up going to sunbelt down the road, they were incredibly accommodating and had a great price for same product. This was my first and last time to ever use united.
