Very unorganized, first sent out a broken scissor lift then couldn't get the tech to get it to work so 2 days later delivered another lift without picking up the broken one. 2 days of work lost and waited to pick up both 5 days later (today... MAYBE) additional charges on my card could not be explained and employee named Ann very unhelpful and hung up on myself and my assistant after she could not answer my questions. Paid $1000 to not have my questions answered. Never again.
Broken equipment and horrible customer service
We work all over the Houston area, so I deal with several of United Rental branches. I’m always satisfied with you employees product knowledge…. but the most important of all is they always call back when the say they will. Wish I could say every company does this, but I can’t.
The customer service provided by Ray and Brian was exceptional. Even with multiple logistical changes on my end they were able to facilitate a smooth rental process. If people like these guys picked up the phone every time I needed to rent I would be a happy man! Thanks guys.
