Tried to run me off the road
Trace is top of the line when it comes to taking care of customers. He makes sure things are done right, fair, and very respectful. You can count on the best service for your rental needs. Business owners appreciate you!
Equipment is high priced. Sunbelt and falls tool rental are much more affordable. Customer service was subpar. Sunbelt customer service is amazing compared to United. I was stuck in the parking lot waiting on chains and hitch clips for the equipment I rented. Sunbelt is ready to go everytime. And willing to help in any way.
BUYER BEWARE! Terrible service set up my rental two months ahead of my event and talked to the sales guys 7 times evething was good I aproved the quote now 2 days before the event they said the quote was wrong and tried to charge me $800 from $341 leaving me no time to find another service provider for the portable toilets! extremely unprofessional. Will never earn my business again.
