Had a scheduled lift at 9am. Call to verify was coming was told be there 5 hours late. No warning it would be late, Never notified do jot rent from here. Had scheduled job at 9 that couldn’t be completed. Do not rent from here

I have a lift that was not working so I call United Rental and spoke to Mike about what was going on. Mike was so patient with me because I know nothing about how it works. Mike sent John out to fixed right away. John even showed me how it works and he was so helpful and professional. He even helped me out with my tractor with some of the numbers on what meant. I would highly recommend United Rentals. Mike and John were so helpful. I will call them again. Thank you for helping me out. Mike and John you’re the best.

Had an emergency service call today, and nobody in the area could get to us. Mike got there and saved us thousands of dollars in unnecessary freight charges hauling our broken-down machine back to Indianapolis by fixing what other techs said couldn't be fixed on site. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. Thanks United and especially Mike!
