Phenomenal customer service from everyone we've worked with. Have had on site services as well as in house with great results and clear communication. Would highly recommend renting from OR buying used heavy equipment from the West Chester United Rentals team. Thank you Moose, Alex, John, Mike and others.
Mike and his staff are the best in the industry. If I need any of my company owned equipment repaired. They are the first I call. From PM to total refurbishments.
I ended up not needing the equipment that I called about but had to give this location 5-stars. Justin was a tremendous help and provided excellent service. Thank you.
Excellent condition eq and friendly folks
I called a day ahead of time to have equipment and a truck buttoned up.. they said that was not a problem.. get there in the morning. No one is ready. They load the wrong trailer and had to switch trailers.. it took an hour.. put me back for the day. So I only got the equipment for 9 hours for $1200.. they did nothing to try to help us
