Had an emergency service call today, and nobody in the area could get to us. Mike got there and saved us thousands of dollars in unnecessary freight charges hauling our broken-down machine back to Indianapolis by fixing what other techs said couldn't be fixed on site. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. Thanks United and especially Mike!
Phenomenal customer service from everyone we've worked with. Have had on site services as well as in house with great results and clear communication.
