I was notified the equipment was delivered and workers were sent to the site to find out no equipment was being delivered. Fortunately, there was a representative that stepped up to the plate to help alleviate issues of concern. Overall, the equipment was excellent but the customer service and support was even better when needed.

Drivers, you must use the frontage road to enter the facility (it's the only entrance gate big enough for a semi truck/trailer combination) , turn right on diamond, gate is about 200 feet in, after the gate is bike/pedestrian path, DO NOT PASS THE GATE! you can park on diamond over night, no bathrooms or amenities.

This place is an absolute joke no management, never on time, they make appointments and then not show up. I would give them zero stars if I could. Everyone that works there is just a mouthpiece telling you what you want to hear. Save your money and time rent from someone else I know I will be from now on.

Would give NO stars if possible. I have been trying to start a project for a week and UR is unable to provide a unit that doesn’t consistently and continually break down. All the sales reps are out of town and trying to contact anyone locally is impossible. DO NOT use UR if you need to get the job done. Nothing but hassles and no local representation.

The pickup/drop off process needs help. My rental was 2 hours early and 4 hours late. Time I will never get back.
