Horrible equipment! I rented two scissor lifts for a hvac job in Irving. I spent way more time trying to get the damn machines to work than I should have. Their customer service lady said they were going to schedule a technician to fix them, but they never showed and I ended up renting lifts from another company, but United is still trying to charge me for the lifts that didn’t work. Terrible service!!! Highly do NOT recommend.
