Melissa Garcia has taking care of customers down perfectly. She was prompt in her responses, friendly and personable but didn’t waste my time. She was proactive about making sure I didn’t have any issues and made the process super simple. If you have the chance to work with her, do so
the rental price was great. the delivery guy was a superstar. the negatives are plentiful. The delivery cost is double the price of the rental, they charge you for a full day even if you only rent for a couple hours which is fine, except they harass you if you go over your time, but when you schedule the pickup 90% chance the rental will sit for more than 24hours and then they will try to charge you because they didn't get it picked up even with a pickup confirmation.
United Rentals is all we use! The dependability, fast service, and customer care from Paul Mears, our rep, is second to none. Couldn't imagine going anywhere else!
