United Rental said they’re gonna pick up an asphalt compactor. I guess no one picked up the asphalt compactor and somebody stole it. So now I have to talk to my work about how an asphalt compactor I rented was stolen. When you call you, talk to a dispatcher that has no idea what the hell is going on
Unbelievable! after talking to April for 3 days, I drive half an hour very sick with the flue and when I get to the Colinsville store (not their fault & they were very gracious) the core drill that I needed didn't have the correct gasket nor the vacuum. I spoke to April 3 or 4 times and she assured me that they had everything & come to find out she didn't even verify so I lost my day of work, drove sick and my husband's shop is at a stand still. Terrible service Trndndn
