Phoned in last week to confirm availability on lift and delivery date. Confirmation was given for delivery this morning. Was told there was no lift as the phone went silent afterwards. I had to pry to get a follow up. The follow-up was Wednesday. Being an account holder at United, this wasn’t what I was expecting with a 3 man crew standing around. Way to go United Rentals Regina.
