Excellent customer service, great equipment, fair price. We rented a scissor lift and had some "operator" issues, but United was super helpful over the phone and every single person we spoke with was friendly, professional, and helpful. Will definitely rent from them again if the need arises.

Excellent customer service. Professional staff. Top quality equipment. We had a training session and when our workers showed up at the Ludlow facility Nancy at the front desk went above and beyond to be sure our workers had everything needed for the training.
