I had a small issue with a lift they took great care of me I’ll be using them in the future with more rentals I need.
Excellent customer service, great equipment, fair price. We rented a scissor lift and had some "operator" issues, but United was super helpful over the phone and every single person we spoke with was friendly, professional, and helpful. Will definitely rent from them again if the need arises.
Great service and attentive representatives. Equipment met our needs and expectations.
