We have an old cold storage that desperately needed help getting some repairs done. Luckily, United Rentals was down the street, they were more than happy to help us get the equipment we needed at a fair price. McKenzie up front was also great to work with. I could tell she is still learning but that didn't stop her from showing concern for our needs. She was polite and helped us through the rental process. Bill Kelsey is a SUPER AWESOM driver that clearly takes pride in his profession. He always delivers on time. He's never broken one of his promises on a delivery date to me. I don't know what you're paying him but this man needs a raise.

Bill K. is a great delivery guy, equipment is always delivered on time sometimes before and in good working order. He has even reached out personally to make sure all is in order before he leaves their yard. Would definitely recommend.

Super easy to work with, fast service, and if you do have to wait they give you coffee.
