The new girl they have making the reservations has no idea what she’s doing. She told us we needed to return the equipment the next day (Saturday) and to leave it by the gate as they will be closed. Did all that and got an email saying the rental equipment was a late return. I had to call and they informed me that I didn’t have to return it today as they are closed. They should have someone shadowing her and teaching her how the company works before having her do the job and mess things up for the renters and making us have ... read more
