Very Quick response with our needs. One of our trucks went down and we needed a truck very quickly. After hours we contact our local branch after hours and our OSR after hours quickly found us a truck and got the reservation put in for the next day we were able to pick the truck up the very next morning this allow us to continue our project with no interruptions.

Very uninformed agency!! I rented a 9 cubic foot mortar mixer for a week from the Greenville location, but needed one smaller for the following week. When I returned the mixer at the end of the week, it was to trade for a 7 cubic foot. The Greenville store told me I could pick up the smaller mixer in Spartanburg, which was just a wasted trip in the end. Spartanburg didn't have the 7 cubic foot mixer, which left me stuck for the weekend I was supposed to be working a foundation with a deadline!
