Very uninformed agency!! I rented a 9 cubic foot mortar mixer for a week from the Greenville location, but needed one smaller for the following week. When I returned the mixer at the end of the week, it was to trade for a 7 cubic foot. The Greenville store told me I could pick up the smaller mixer in Spartanburg, which was just a wasted trip in the end. Spartanburg didn't have the 7 cubic foot mixer, which left me stuck for the weekend I was supposed to be working a foundation with a deadline!
Really good and reasonable people over here. I was in a real jam and they didn't take advantage of the situation. Thank you!
