I recently rented a piece of equipment from United Rentals in Anderson, SC. While the overall process went smoothly and the equipment was exactly what we needed, there were a few areas where the experience could have been better. We needed 6 scissor lifts for our annual physical inventory and United Rental was our choice. The equipment arrived early and was picked up immediately afterwards, Customer service was excellent with tons of knowledge so doing business with United Rental will ALWAYS be my first option.
Go here first!! They set the bar where others have to follow. I've used them for 5 years now. NEVER had an issue. Super nice people.
I called to rent a mini excavator and I think I spoke with Jonathon Armstrong (employee). He was very unprofessional and unapologetic. I run a landscaping business and I was forced to reschedule a job (after purchasing rental) due to his lack of information needed to complete the pick up of the rental. This was my first and last time doing business with this company.
