Fantastic experience at the Santa Cruz United Rentals! I was impressed with the service, but particularly by the manager. He literally dropped what he was doing to help me load the equipment, ensuring everything was safe and secure. He made the whole rental process seamless and easy. Great customer service!

I tried to call this place four times on the local number and twice on the toll-free number. I tried choosing every choice available from the automated menu. Each time it disconnected me. Super frustrating as there is no way to contact them to check if the ladder I needed was available. It would not let me read or verify availability online. Finally rented from Atoolshed rentals

Rented a utility trailer and hitch from them for a large haul. The people working the front desk were very helpful and informative. My rental time had to be extended and they were able to help me without any issues. Will definitely be using them again for future projects.

I stopped by United Rentals yesterday and had the best experience thanks to Luis and Mariah. Their customer service was top-notch — fast, knowledgeable, and super helpful from start to finish. I couldn’t believe how smooth and easy they made everything. Luis took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I had exactly what I needed, and Mariah went above and beyond to help finalize the rental. I was looking into renting a scissor lift to take down Christmas lights and the local manager here was very informative, extremely helpful, and was very patient with all my questions. This was my first time experiencing a very welcoming environment especially over something I’m not familiar with. I will definitely come back when I’m ready for a lift!
