Rented a utility trailer and hitch from them for a large haul. The people working the front desk were very helpful and informative. My rental time had to be extended and they were able to help me without any issues. Will definitely be using them again for future projects.
I stopped by United Rentals yesterday and had the best experience thanks to Luis and Mariah. Their customer service was top-notch — fast, knowledgeable, and super helpful from start to finish. I couldn’t believe how smooth and easy they made everything. Luis took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I had exactly what I needed, and Mariah went above and beyond to help finalize the rental. I was looking into renting a scissor lift to take down Christmas lights and the local manager here was very informative, extremely helpful, and was very patient with all my questions. This was my first time experiencing a very welcoming environment especially over something I’m not familiar with. I will definitely come back when I’m ready for a lift!
Best rental place in Santa Cruz area. Rented a pressure washer from them and nothing but great customer service from the front desk. Very knowledgeable about what I might need for my project and recommended other equipment as well. Definitely using this place again in the future
After speaking with 2 representatives and verifying the availability of a forklift, I made the trip from Watsonville to Santa Cruz to verify my ID for a cc payment as they don't take cash. Only to then be told nothing would be availability until the following Monday. If they did their jobs properly in the first place, I wouldn't have wasted my time or money for nothing but attitude and disrespect from the larger gentleman. Do better
