They have a policy to never or almost never honor customer services calls for complains about their old, unsafe, unefficient rental equipment mostly scissor lifts , this company refuse to send to the junk yard and keep renting. If you call then and complain their tech will try to fix the obvious issues, then send you a bill for the visit saying "they were nothing wrong with the equipment , tech found equipment in ok status"etc etc, lies and more lies Believe only your contractual obligations and rights by the rental contract... read more
