I recently had dealings with this branch and was dumbfounded with how terrible the customer service was. I needed a special tool for one day and I reserved it a week in advance. All was set up. The day of the rental I was told there was no tool available for me and that the nearest one was possibly in Abbotsford. I had an entire high rise drained of water and needed the tool that day.
