Mark Rist (parts manager) has gone above and beyond this last year and a half in helping us get parts for our rentals and owned equipment. Fast and efficient despite the barrage of daily emails just from our site. Thanks Mark!
We were told by customer service that this location has the machine we need available for rental, but when our guy went there, there was none available. They told us that the Burnaby location has one available, and my guy went there, and again it was not available.
Mark has helped me a ton over the past year. He’s always quick to respond to my emails and answers all my questions.
