Used Surrey United tool rental. Overall I received great services.
Awful customer service. We had a contract to clean an underground Parkade with 80 tenants needing to move their vehicles for the day. We rented a ride on power scrubber to complete the service. It was rented to us broken and United was not helpful in getting it fixed. They kept giving us instructions on how to fix it ourselves and nothing worked.
