I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business at this branch. I had a transaction handled by Zack Thompson, and despite our clear agreement, I was never provided with what I was owed. Over a long stretch of time, I followed up repeatedly and got nothing but delays, excuses, and vague promises. After I finally said the ongoing delay was unacceptable, the records of the transaction disappeared from his system (I still have my receipts), and I was told nothing was owed. United Rental failed to deliver a 12" chipper despite my reservation several weeks in advance. 2 days before the delivery date for my project I was told there was no chipper available unless I paid more than $700 additional to have one moved from one rental yard to the one closer to me. Renter beware. The company holds you financially liable for their equipment if they don't pick It up when they're supposed to. On top of that, they don't even tell you that they're not picking it up. I guess that's a good way to force the renter to buy additional protection insurance. I hope that this company will change this policy because it's just bad business.
