The staff at United Rental was great. Unfortunately we received a lift that was not great. It would not work and was in terrible condition. The staff, however, were very kind, understanding and willing to help. That made all the difference. We understand things happen, but it was in the way they handled it is what will keep us coming back!
On time, easy to work with, experience with each person I talked to was amazing. The communication from start to finish was absolutely on point and mind blowing. I knew every detail, no questions needed to be asked.
These guys have always been great.
This is one of the least helpful group of people I have ever had the displeasure to work with. They won't do cash rentals for a small farmer trying to recover from hurricane Matthew, like the main office says is fine. Knowledge and assistance are not part of their work ethos.
