Booked and charged me for a rental on the same day- just to call me 2 hours prior while I’m on my way there to say that they actually don’t have a trailer and rental for me- and none of their other locations around has them. Overpromising is a poor look

United rentals fence installers Rob & DJ rock. Almost 500' of post driven temp fencing installed with screen, the installation was amazing. They rock. Also a shoot out to Natalie for all her hard work. Highly recommend
Call the 1-800 number to rent a trailer answered all their questions was told trailer will be ready when I get there. When I get to this location they tell me they do not rent trailers by themselves. Waste of time call them direct if you don't want to run around.
Get better drivers on the road. One of your drivers just almost caused an accident because they randomly jumped out in front of the person in front of me and slammed on their brakes.
