Was told my order was placed on hold showed up now it's at a diffrent location. Went there nope its at the first location I was at. Oh nope nvm they don't even have it. What a joke. I call to confirm something and it's then confirmed why is it not there when I go to pick it up.
My company rented boom lifts from them. They were highly communicative to confirm my order and pick it up. They were great when my company needed to change the pickup date too. Bill, a trainer in a class was very friendly, he also explained and taught tips, tricks and safety features. Highly recommend United Rentals and in class trainings.
United Rentals came through when we needed a generator in a pinch! The team was very friendly and willing to go the extra mile for us, we greatly appreciate it! Thank you!
Tried getting some quotes from these guys, they took my info over the phone and no replies after that. I guess they are too busy for my business. Not worth wasting time here.
