I've been renting from this location for a few years now, and I don't have any complaints at all. Highly recommend.
Rented an aerator; all great for approx. a dozen rows until unit's motor stopped running. After 4 hours, United Rental brought an exchange to me but clutch control was set to not disengage so when unit was started, wheels & tines were fully running. Not only unsafe, but unit incorrectly set up per the manufacturer. First issue is, after 1) original unit motor became inoperable, 2) exchange unit was clearly unsafe/not setup correctly, & 3), didn't get to aerate in time allotted.
