United Rentals took the time to visit the job site to insure the equipment we were needing was the correct equipment for the job.
Always a good experience with these guys. They Resolve any issues you may quickly.
Had a rental reservation placed several weeks in advance. Called the office to move the delivery date by one day and they said they do not have availability for the rented equipment. This was less than 24 hours before the scheduled out date for the equipment and no courtesy call was given.lack of courtesy call beforehand and not honoring reservation is completely unprofessional for a business of this caliber.
Best rental company I have ever dealt with!
