The manager Boise location lied to me. He charged me 50% more for the forklift I rented from them, than he said he would. My United rep tried many times to get the Boise manager to return his call. Boise United needs money more than customers.

Great service and almost new machine. United made accommodations to deliver equipment early, at no additional cost, as Monday morning delivery schedule was full.
