Great customer service.
Great experience using United Rentals for a scissor lift. We had a maintenance issue and they got it handled in a timely fashion so we were able to keep the job on schedule. Only drawback was the lift was delivered 3 hours earlier than we had requested - we had scheduled it to arrive at a time when we'd actually be able to maximize the rental. Our delivery time was confirmed the day prior and it still came early.
Great experience, highly recommended using them for all rental needs.
