Constant double bookings, no assistance in the US. They need to stop working in the US if they can not even pick up a phone and call. They have caused me thousands in double bookings and miss connections that kept my units from being booked. WORST EVER FOR CONNECTING TO EXTRANETS
Process was fast, delivery was smooth and the equipment was new!
I was very disappointed I called this place to find out if they had a carpet cleaner that I needed I was told they did however the person I spoke to wasn't even on site in the building. United rentals uses a switch and you don't speak to the actual people at the yard. They did not have what I needed and the guy on the switch wasn't very tuned in.
We have been working with TJ Cook for years. He is extremely professional, reliable, and always has a positive attitude. That is not always easy in today's world, but he does it anyways. Recently we started working with Makenna and she is just as professional and attentive. Really great company to work with!
