I appreciate you sales team and Shawn Williams for following up with my web site rental. Mr. Williams was able to find me equipment to get the job done on time.
We completed the quote request form on 10/19 for delivery 11/24. I called to check on them the afternoon of 11/24 and was told it was never processed. I requested to know when they were coming and told no later than 11/29 9:00. I stated that we may leave early and I needed a call right back to confirm delivery. They were delivered sometime while we were closed and left in the parking lot. United is lucky we stopped by over the weekend and that no one damaged or stole the scissor lifts.
