What a great group of people to work with! I rented a sod cutter and got to use it over the weekend. The machine was in pristine condition and worked flawlessly. They also thought about the ramp to ease the loading of the machine. Great customer service and support. I would highly recommend United Rentals as your first stop.
Reserved equipment and was then told it's not available. Reservation system is garbage.
Tim & Christine have taken care of my rental needs beautifully. Great customer service. If their location doesn't have the exact item they'll bring it in without delay. Dedicated customer service!
