This place sucks. Useless people who are hired to answer a phone. Then only knows how to put your call on hold, forever. No one can answer any questions, seems the hold button is all they are trained to do or have a brain cell to do. Bless u

Aerial lifts delivered broken from Bloomfield, CT branch. I was told that their lifts should only be operated one function at a time, or they will malfunction. That's new to me, never had that problem with other lifts of the same brand. Multiple lifts, all unsafe to operate.
