Moriah was absolutely great to work with — professional, friendly, and made sure I got the boom lift I needed delivered to the job site the same day I called, so it was ready for an early morning install. Rented from them a few times. Last time I didn't need the equipment as long as we had thought I called and asked if I got it picked up sooner I would get a refund for the days I didn't use it. The assured me I would, they picked it up the next day 6 days before I was supposed to return it. Called after 2 weeks of waiting on the refund and spoke to them said my refund of $567 would be in my bank account in 2 to 3 days. I waited 7 days and it was still not refunded.
