Rented from them a few times. Last time I didn't need the equipment as long as we had thought I called and asked if I got it picked up sooner I would get a refund for the days I didn't use it. The assured me I would, they picked it up the next day 6 days before I was supposed to return it. Called after 2 weeks of waiting on the refund and spoke to them said my refund of $567 would be in my bank account in 2 to 3 days. I waited 7 days and it was still not refunded. Great to work with The machines work great no problems.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The customer service representative was not trained, could not give me sizes or information about equipment. She was rude and interrupted me multiple times. They quote was 2 times more than anyone else for equipment 3 times more for delivery of that equipment. Do like I did and went to Star equipment rental
I had a trailer rental lined up with uhaul but did not feel comfortable with the specs once I determined my load. The day of the project I cancelled my uhaul reservation and used the online reservation portal at my local United Rental. A staff member contacted me immediately to confirm the reservation and I had the trailer hitched to my truck an hour later. The crew out in the yard were very helpful as well. This particular trailer was about $20-30 cheaper per day than from competing rental yards. 10/10 would rent again.
